The M2000 Series Ultrasonic Flowmeter is designed for low flow rates and small line applications. The flowmeter consists of a Flow Detector and a Signal Converter. All wetted parts are of PFA. There are no mechanical seals or moving parts and has non-contact transducers and a flow tube design without dead pockets.
Suitable for applications with ultra-pure water, CMP slurries and ultra pure fluids.
Accuracy ±1% of reading.
Flow range of 60 to 4000 ccm
Minute flow measurements down to 10 mL/min
Measuring temperature: 10-60°C
