Inexpensive solution for the curing of UV Adhesive Plastic Films, yet not compromising on control or versatility. The UH101 includes a nitrogen blanket to assure complete curing of the UV adhesive, a microprocessor-based programmable controller, a lamp intensity measurement port, and a serpentine-style grid lamp for even, consistent UV-exposure.
Shares the same features as the Models UH102 / UH102-12 and includes an automatic drawer assembly which ejects the wafer/substrate upon completion of UV curing.
