EPAK introduces 5 Inch (125mm) and 6 Inch (156mm) Carriers, designed for square solar cell wafers with several material options:
· Designed to hold 25 wafers
· Wash slots
· Available in many material options and colors
· eM-01 is equivalent to Entegris® Stat-Pro® 100 (PP + CP) material
· eM-08 is natural PP material with many color options
· eM-56 is PVDF
· PP = Polypropylene, CP=Carbon Powder, & PVDF = Polyvinylidene fluoride
