Description: Outside diameter edge grip tool.
Material: ESD safe Pomalux (Acetal); ESD safe PVDF stop pins; Kalrez I-ring front touch pad
Outside diameter mechanical tool holds wafer on edge, outside exclusionary zone.
Ideal for MEMS wafers or wafers with two-sided active components where vacuum wands cannot be used.
This Tool is suitable for all wafers of 3" up to 6" diameter.
The design of the handle allows for easy handling of smaller diameter (3” – 6”) wafers within the spacing of a 3/16” pitch standard carrier.
