Vacuum Wand Setups:
NOASPF2 - Pressfit vacuum wand setups for general wafer handling.
NOASPF2 for pressfit molded tips, e.g. T791PKAS, T693PKAS etc.
ESD protected to ensure wafer and component safety while eliminating particle attraction due to static charge.
Wands are made from chemical resistant and ESD safe PVDF.
Available in normally open or normally closed valve designs.
Tip, holder (HSU or HSUPT) and coil cord (CC9AS2 or CC11AS2) complete setup.
